Lexica is an advanced dialogue system with machine learning components. It’s our goal to gradually replace existing application and create a more intelligent system. To pursuit this, we started R&D into Deep Learning techniques for Natural Language Understanding and Dialogue Generation.

Responsibility
Based on your prior knowledge and experience, you will be working on:
- Research and develop machine learning algorithms and models for efficient & effective language processing.
- Prepare data collection process and extract useful features to train machine learning model.
- Investigate papers published in related research fields.
- Improve deployed machine learning models.
- Explore new ideas which is potential for machine learning algorithm and model.
- Work closely with software engineers on model implementation.

Requirement
- Bachelor / M.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent field.
- 5 years+ programming experience; practical experience in Python is essential.
- Knowledge and understanding of basic language processing technique such as lemmatization, POS, dependency parsing.
- Knowledge of word embedding, neural network as well as solid understanding on the intuition behind various of NN model.
- Self-taught are also welcome given prior practical experience.
Additional Requirement
- 2 years+ relevant work experience, including experience working within the industry or as a researcher in a lab.
- Ability to design and execute on R&D agenda.
- Experience applying ML or DL to NLP, NLU & dialogue system.
