Roles and Responsibilities:
- Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
- Ensuring the CRM platform and structure works seamlessly across the organisation and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
- Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company and overseeing direct communications with customers through the CRM.
- Meeting clients in person and exercising effective CRM techniques for data collection and customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring and maximizing customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability.
- Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company and its projects.
- Assisting in special projects and other ad-hoc matters when required

Requirements:
- Undergraduate or recent graduate student looking to build a career in Marketing or Business Development
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or relevant field of study
- Start-up minded, detail-oriented, positive, motivated, ambitious with proactive 'can do' attitude
- Great team player to work with a multinational group of professionals
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills as you will be interacting with international clients on a daily basis
- Fluent in English, Mandarin both verbally and written is a plus
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
