We're looking for a friendly, outspoken individual to join our exciting and loving atmosphere. Main duties are to moderate online and offline conversations and keep our office running like a well-oiled machine.
Job responsibilities include:
Proposals writing
- Constructing proposals that win over customers’ heart
- Evaluating project deliverables, implementation methods, timable, staffing, and budget
- Presenting proposals with different communication tools, including text, graphs, tables
- Coordinate project meeting events
Responding
- Following up on customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Providing general support to guests and visitors
- Building relationships with customers, potential customers, and industry professionals
- Socializing
Moderating
- Scheduling classes and appointments
- Managing relationships with office managers and event managers
- Coordinating and managing any office equipment
- Ensuring all items are invoiced and paid on time
Marketing
- Analyzing and interpreting e-commerce website data
- Creating engaging updates to social media and implement community promotion
- Doodling
- Have fun!
Requirements
- Past experience as an office manager, administrative assistant, or related customer engagement jobs
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities
- Familiarity with invoicing procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, in particular)
- Experience in Adobe Illustrator
- Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers, the big angry ones)
- Interests in the technology industry
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Past experience in proposals writing is a bonus
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
- Self-motivation to drive efforts independently
- Positive outgoing attitude
- Fluent English – thorough and articulate written and verbal communication skills (the founders are grammar snobs)
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
- Ability to be agile!
