Role
We are searching for communicative candidates who are proactive and passionate about company products and the clients they serve. Account Executive will act as a point of contact for their clients. You will build long-lasting relationships with your contacts, always striving to find the products which best fit the individual needs of the client. They also aid internal departments by collecting information like product feedback and analysing of client data, identifying industry trends, and grow the revenue through different digital channels.
To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills. You should be analytical, adaptable, and organized.
In this role, you will work with cross-functional internal teams (including founders, Sales Rep and Product Development) to improve the entire customer journey.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements
- Develop digital channels to increase revenue
- Develop trusted relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Develops new business by analyzing account potential; initiating, developing, and closing sales;
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in-person meetings
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product
Requirements:
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Deep digital understanding
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
