When I first moved to Seoul I could not find a single platform that lists all the events happening in Seoul. I decided to create a website that would make the arts, cultural and social activities in Seoul more accessible to expats and tourists visiting the city.
Ticketing platforms in Korea are not foreigner friendly as most are in Korean only requiring an official Korean ID Certificate and Internet Explorer to access. I Art Seoul solve this problem by creating a platform where event organizers can sell tickets securely. We use a global payment getaway that allows us to accept credit cards from all over the world so expats and tourist can pay using their foreign credit cards. Tickets are delivered to the end user via email with a QR code that ushers can scan at the event.
