We are seeking a Marketing Lead position to lead the growth of business. The role will lead the marketing team in executing campaigns to drive leads as well as brand-building, and requires a strong leadership in building a high-performance team.
Responsibility
- Develop and implement marketing strategy, from go-to-market strategy, user acquisition and retention, etc.
- Develop and manage marketing budget, generate lead volumes while maintaining reasonable CPA. Accountable for the growth and the budget allocation.
- Establish and grow the market share in Hong Kong and create the top-of-mind brand
- Conduct in-depth analysis and research to oversee the overall marketing performance
- Develop key customer message and build the brand identity
- Manage internal and external resources in executing different sorts of campaigns, from online, offline, PR to branding campaigns
- Supervise a marketing team, including hiring, coaching, responsibilities, schedules and deadlines
Desire skills and personality
- Proven experience in leadership in marketing or growth at senior level
- Experience in lead generation is essential, as well as deep understanding of Hong Kong market
- Creative while analytical, sensitive to numbers, data-driven
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong experience in one or a few digital marketing area, ranging from web optimization, analytics, search engine, content, social media, etc.
- Up to speed with latest digital marketing trend and best practice
- Experience in offline or branding will be a bonus
- Team player, able to across team and communicate with different stakeholders
- Able to coach and grow internal team to maximize team efficiency
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Marketing Manager position
