Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Order Administrator at hbpriors and involves:
- Following up with customers, brands owner & producers
- Timely accurate preparation of sales quotations and invoices
- Procure quality suppliers, keep track of samples, update pricing
- Logistics arranging, receiving and dispatching orders
- General ad-hoc support when needed
- May require working outside your usual hours when required (e.g. weekends, evenings, public holidays)
Qualifications
- 1-2-year related experience (Logistics and supply chain experience is advantageous)
- Proficient in using Google Docs, Google Slides and Google Sheets and MS Word and Excel
- Ensure orders and invoices and deliveries are accurate and on track to meet project deadlines
- Excellent customer service, time management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential
