In Asia, we have a strong focus on corporate services, and typically assist with company incorporation, corporate governance, tax and accounting, immigration and corporate secretarial services. We operate through offices established in Hong Kong, Singapore, China (Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen), and Japan.
