What do you need to do?
- Communicate the value of new products to the sales team and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process
- Plan and take part in the launch of new products and involve several different departments in such launches
- Follow through with customers on user experiences and hurdles they are having and ensure customer churn rate is kept low
- Prepare all equipment for timely shipment to customer sites, including ensuring that everything is configured and tested
- Train customers to use products effectively and balance customer need with product team on cost and delivery schedule
- Analyze and report product performance, including malfunctions and report qualified issue to product managers
- Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
- Assist sales team to co-create sales material with marketing team and prepare related customised sales material with sales team
- Maintain jovial relationships with clients and sales team
What is required?
- You know how to influence decision making at all levels within an organisation, and in a variety of contexts
- You have inclusive and collaborative working habits
- You will have to present about new products, telling the ‘story’ of products, for various marketing channels
- You understand the product development cycle and will be able to screen in and our client requirement
- You have at least 4 years experience in managing digital products
Salary
Salary range / month :  HK$ 40k-60k
