We are now seeking for a Sales Manager to join our young and passionate team to take the business to the next level.
What would you be doing?
- Lead and coach the team in qualifying leads generated from marketing campaigns and/ or other channels to sales
- Hold meetings with potential clients to understand needs and discuss proposals
- Partner with sales and marketing department to strategize lead generation campaigns, e.g. social media, referrals, etc.
- Analyze lead data to identify ways to improve effectiveness and quality
What do you need in order to succeed?
- High performing sales track record
- 5+ years of experience preferably in FMCG or consumer goods
- Outstanding communication skills, commercial sense and results driven
- Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Less experience candidates will be considered as Sales Executive
