Godrej Properties is building high-end homes in North Bangalore's Shettigere neighborhood. It's called Godrej MSR City. On 62 acres, the area is being built up in three stages. Phase 1 has luxury 2 and 3 BHK homes that are spread out over 19 acres and range in size from 1186 to 1876 square feet. It has five very fancy clubhouses that cover more than 1.5 lakh square feet of green land.
