Description
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop a portfolio of corporate clients (Small-to-Medium Enterprises)
- Achieve individual sales / business targets set by management
- Drive, develop new opportunities, leads, business partners to promote company’s brand and trade finance platform
- Manage and maintain a healthy long-term relationship with new and existing clients.
- Prepare credit proposals and monitor account performance
- Maintain a effective internal communication with different departments
- Conduct regular, effective credit reviews, visit client's operational facilities and take proactive control measures to ensure credit quality
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in banking & finance, BBA or other related disciplines
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in corporate sales/business development preferably in the service industry
- Self-motivated, target oriented and able to work independently
- Passionate in sales/business development, energetic and open-minded team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Recent graduates with passion in Sales/Business Development and Fintech are welcome to apply
- Good commend in spoken / written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Candidate with more experience can be considered a senior position
Salary
Equity part is negotiable.
Salary range / month :  HK$ 20k-40k
