Key Responsibilities:
* Hunt and manage a portfolio of Business Customers (Small-to-Medium Enterprises) and meanwhile to promote our Fintech brand and trade finance products
* Achieve individual sales / business targets to contribute the team performance
* Drive outreach to new teams, leads, and business partners
* Develop and maintain cordial customer relationship and provide quality customer services
* Prepare credit proposals and monitor account performance
* Conduct regular and effective credit reviews and visit customers' operational facilities to take proactive control measures to ensure credit quality
Requirements:
*Type A, super motivated person who is driven to succeed and can work independently
* University degree in banking, business management, finance and credit related disciplines is preferred
* Minimum 1-2 years' work experience and exposure in credit and relationship management, is preferred
* Passionate, energetic and open-minded team player
* High level of customer centricity mind-set with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage
