Floship is a Hong Kong based technology startup in the eCommerce logistics space. We provide total logistics solutions to brand owners and online retailers worldwide. This includes storage, order fulfillment, and last mile delivery. At our core, we make great ecommerce logistics software.

Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to manage software developer progress and act as a de facto scrum master.. The project manager should have a technical background with experience working with software developers and managing technical projects. The right person should be intimately familiar with popular startup and technology philosophies.

Responsibilities:

Coordination between engineers, internal departments, customer, and vendors for project deliveries
Project budgeting and roadmap management
Develop and own KPIs for project management success
Interview clients, staff, vendors and other stakeholders to obtain first hand understanding of our user stories, especially in regards to flushing out PRD to developers

Skills and Values:

Ability to understand user stories and tell those stories back to engineers
Hypothesis driven entrepreneurship (build measure learn) to arrive at real solutions
Analytical problem solver who tries to uncover root causes
Experience working in the logistics field or eCommerce
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Understanding of Python and Django
Familiar with Agile SDLC
Experience with managing projects with Gantt Charts or Asana software
Experience managing remote and distributed developer teams
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese. If you can speak or write Russian, it’s a plus.

Salary

Salary range / month : HK$ 20k-40k
