Responsibilities
- Manage the account management team and other supporting staff to provide the best possible service to our crowdfunding clients
- Constantly create and implement new processes to streamline crowdfunding operations Help develop initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
- Be the escalation point for any large issues stemming from clients
- Work closely with the operations team to manage warehouse operations, freight forwarding requirements, and value added services
- Manage any key accounts as required
- Report bi-weekly to the management team on progress with the team
- Directly report to the Head of Operations on any challenges or obstacles that are foreseen within the team
Requirements
● Detail oriented team player
● Strong focus on data to make decisions
● 2+ years of leadership experience
● Project management skills / experience is a plus
● 2+ years working in a startup environment
● 3+ years of experience in account management or client relations
● Fluent in English. Speaking Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus
● Any experience in the crowdfunding industry (launched or assisted with crowdfunding campaigns on Kickstarter or Indiegogo)
● Any prior logistics experience is a plus
● Highly analytical and technical
