We're looking for an experienced marketing specialist to help us accelerate our next level growth and enable more online merchants--no matter what country they reside--to sell physical goods to the global marketplace. Our vision is to make crossborder trade as easy for the online retailer as selling domestically because online there are no borders.

Responsibilities
- Marketing to mid-size online businesses that ship physical goods B2C crossborder
- Lead the growth of a variety of acquisition channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, Social, Display, Live Events, Email Marketing Campaign
- Manage marketing agencies and marketing collaborations
- Launch, analyze, optimize and scale new strategies and channels.
- Developing and executing an outreach strategy and develop marketing plans and strategies.
- Creative inputs for developing and production of marketing collateral and brand building/PR ideas.
- Develop, source and create content (e.g. blog posts, guides, eBooks, white papers, webinars) to generate engagement and conversions.
- Deploy marketing budget each month and own forecasting, budgeting, detailed measurement, and reporting of progress to leadership.
- Design and build new corporate website and overall brand identity
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and passion for using data to drive growth
- Experience in performance marketing activities, organic first, Google Ads is a plus
- Good sense of user centered design and user experience to manage creating engaging conversion flows
- Experience in targeting international markets and non-English speaking audiences
- Highly self-motivated, able to work with a multicultural and distributed team, we have offices outsides of Hong Kong and developers around the world
- Being able to have both creative and technical conversations with designers and developers and understand both product and software development process
- Native knowledge of English. Other languages (Mandarin, Cantonese, Dutch, Portuguese, Spanish etc.) are a plus
- Proficiency in using tracking and reporting tools like Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools, etc
- Experience with Google AdWords
- Experience with WordPress
- Experience with Web Design
Preferred:
- Degree from or background in Marketing
- Experience, personal or professional, in e-commerce
- Familiarity with SEMRush, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools
- HTML & CSS proficiency
- Managed the production of engaging content
- Excellent project management skills
- Has an eye for (web) design and can provide evidence of design either created or managed
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Mandarin and/or 2nd, 3rd or more language ability
