Expanter is a B2B cross-border service marketplace platform startup for international expansion management.
Looking for an experienced growth hacker to partner with the founder/ CEO and lead the launch and growth strategy by developing, testing, and executing new marketing,sales, user acquisition programs.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing online marketing campaigns, including direct sales, digital marketing, social media, partnerships etc. to drive traffic to digital channels
- Identifying, developing & optimizing growth channels to drive user acquisition and product adoption.
- Analyzing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Proposing new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as testing new approaches to capture existing demand
- Providing inputs & expertise to set up and drive efficacy of future marketing activities (content development and optimization, advertising, etc.)
- Planning and executing initiatives to reach the target audience through different channels, including emailing, direct sales, linkedin targeting and other channels
Who we are looking for
- You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
You have prior experience in a similar role in a tech start-up environment, prefer eCommerce and B2B, familiar with SaaS and marketplace business model
- You possess excellent communication skills and are effective with C-suite management level of stakeholders internationally
- You are a highly goal-oriented individual who is resilient in your pursuit of growth and entrepreneurial
- You have relevant experience working with international brands and businesses from any industries, and have exposure in Chinese market expansion.
