Job description
- Drive overall growth strategy across all countries.
- Understand growth analytics and tracking to support the creation of product features that drive growth and both: convert visitors into customers and increase the LTV of existing users.
- Work with the team to develop strategies for acquisition, retention and reactivation through multiple channels, including SEM/SEO, Social, contextual targeting, retargeting, traditional marketing, inbound channels and other.
- Focus on implementing organic growth strategies in addition to enhancing our current, strong set of performance marketing campaigns.
- Create, launch, test and optimize acquisition campaigns across online and offline channels
- Constantly improve based on profitability and growth metrics.
- Work closely with our tech team, product team and CCO.
- Based in Hong Kong or New York office.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in marketing/product management, with a focus on acquiring, activating and retaining customers in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of successful growth initiatives in a fast - paced, tech company.
- Strong Product mindset - Experience working closely with developers and designers in developing products and features to drive user growth and user engagement.
- Studies in a Business / Marketing or quantitative.
- Highly data driven with strong analytical skills.
- Experience with SQL, VBA, Python is a plus.
Salary
Equity part is negotiable.
Salary range / month :  HK$ 40k-60k
