Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor all assigned social media channels (Slack, Facebook, Telegram, Reddit, Medium, various forums, etc.)
- Provide the Community with help, information and progress updates
- Keep a non-stop, two-way flow of information and feedback between the Community and the Management
- Work with Marketing and Corporate Comms on preparing and seeding compelling content
You will know we are looking for you, if:
- You have a keen interest in FinTech, blockchain and cryptocurrencies
- You come from a PR or corporate Communication background
- You have at least three years’ experience managing social media channels for business purposes
- You are collaborative and open to feedback
- Your written English is impeccable; big plus if your Chinese (both Traditional and Simplified) matches it
- You have a cheerful personality and you don’t care for 9-to-5 jobs
