We have a lovely positioning statement and a simple set of values to guide us in our work.
BUT we keep our values and statements internal as we don't believe in telling customers how they should perceive us, but rather they should perceive it through our actions and attitude. It is easy to talk the talk, but harder to walk the walk. We don't like the notion of polishing the values and putting them on display only for special occasions, it has to be ingrained in order to be felt.
