- Language requirements - Cantonese (Native), English (Fluent) and Mandarin is a plus
- Partnerships - meet potential partners to explore cooperation. Identify partners’ needs and work with the team to develop solutions resulting in the referral of startup and SME company clients.
- Helping to recruit strategic partners
- Address partner concerns and queries promptly and ensure partner satisfaction.
- Develop and execute demand generation activities with the partners such as email marketing campaigns, events for customers, webinars
- Track business goals and performance metrics including depth of sales pipeline and revenue generation
- Help partners maximising revenue opportunities
- Business development - reaching out and meetings with potential clients (insurance companies, banks, brokers and agencies partners in Hong Kong and internationally)
- Market research on new products, markets, competitors, potential partners and distribution channels
- Working directly with the Managing Director
- Research of fintech / insurtech startups / solutions that we could incorporate into our offering
- Ad Hoc tasks - translations, industry insights documentation, marketing and operations of the startup
- Participation in startup and fintech events including investor round-table, conferences etc. in Southeast Asia
- Basic salary: 15-20k + commissions
