- First in market platform: We are aware of existing platforms prevalent in foreign countries for appointment management in Beauty & Wellness. But there seems to be no comprehensive community feature together with those platforms, from social elements of the platform to recommendations of content. It is also worth noting that those established foreign platforms targeting US and EU seem to hinder from localizing their platform to Asia Pacific due to geographical and cultural differences. Example being Fresha, a UK platform, which has acquired Bookwell, an Australian platform, after raising USD 150mm in their series C round. Hence we could consider an M&A as one of our exit strategies too.
