BloomMe allows users to browse, book and pay instantly from over 33,000 beauty treatments across categories such as hair, nails, facials, massages - and even traditional medicine clinics. In 2017, BloomMe launched a CRM/SaaS tool to better serve the spa and salon management needs of our B2B partners. The Role
We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager with proven experience (7+ years) in B2B web applications as well as familiarity with mobile apps (iOS & Android). You will be responsible for the client side of our business which includes a mobile-responsive webapp, CMS platform, CRM/API integrations, and digital/web properties as well as related back-office systems. Extra bonus if you are familiar with trends in consumer beauty and/or health & wellness industries - and/or are ready to quickly learn the ins and outs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ROI and KPIs across our B2B platforms including our mobile-responsive webapp, CMS platform, CRM/API integrations, digital/web properties, and related back office tools.
- Refine, align, and execute product vision and strategy through clearly defined requirements with end users and internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with Product/UX Designers to develop features & functional specifications.
- Work closely with Client Success Team on growth and client acquisition strategies as well as retention.
- Reports directly to Chief Experience Officer as well as other senior leadership officers.
- Up to 20% travel locally in Hong Kong to B2B clients and to new markets for research and business development as needed.
- Opportunity to become a Product Owner with a dedicated Scrum team as you prove your ability to manage and prioritize product backlog items and carry out business strategy aligned with customer-centric product growth.
Minimum Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent, preferably BSc in business and/or sciences.
- At least 7 years’ experience in product management of B2B software or digital products in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Proven experience in developing and evolving KPIs.
- Experience in web analytics and familiarity with MySQL and database queries.
- Familiar with quality assurance testing, bug reporting, and triage.
- Ability to work with and present ideas clearly to all levels of the organization.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Traditional Chinese.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: 35,000-40,000 HKD/month depending on experience
- 35 hour/week schedule
