We are now looking to grow our Hong Kong team with specific requirement for a killer Business Development role who is engaged and is results driven to join us in expanding our services to more customers world wide. We are setting up a payment system that works in every country and currency in the world and are looking for the people who can make it happen. Cryptocurrency knowledge/experience helpful but not necessary.

Bitspark is growing our customer base who are predominantly businesses seeking a better payment platform for their needs. This position will be focused on selling Bitspark’s cryptocurrency, cash and money transfer services to companies engaged in these markets. You will be working closely with the team to achieve these targets. Dont let the role happen to you, you should happen to the role.
Base salary with a competitive commission model.
Start date: ASAP.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- This is not a desk job. You are expected to get out there!
- Researching sales targets and prospecting potential leads via online research, professional networks and industry specific events.
- Qualifying leads and making contact with clients.
- Closing deals and maintaining customer relationships.
- Maintaining and updating the sales target list.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to meet company needs.
- Work with marketing to plan marketing campaigns geared to target customers.
- Going to trade shows and various industry specific events to represent Bitspark.
- Demoing or hosting educational events for potential customers.
- Tracking, maintaining and reaching KPI’s.
- Help to develop the Sales and Marketing playbook. Bitspark is experimenting with various sales and marketing tactics. You’ll be instrumental in generating ideas, testing, documenting, and optimizing the sales activities so that we establish a framework as we scale.
YOUR SKILLS
- Can you sell? If you feel you are a strong candidate, pitch yourself to us.
- Google is your friend
- Strong convincing power and persistence. A ‘“no” is just a no for now’ mentality.
- Strong communication skills determining the value add for customers
- People person. You are good at developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Humility.
- Open to feedback and growing skills.
- Experience with CRM software or a willingness to learn.
- You can adapt a sales pitch on the fly to answer customer questions and concerns quickly and concisely.
- Intermediate maths skills.
- Fluent in English
- Additional languages always help but not crucial.
