Betatron Venture Group is a growing Venture Capital firm with offices in Hong Kong and Singapore. We’re hiring a part-time office administrator to help manage operations, human resources, and finance. We use MacOS and GSuite, so it would help if you’re comfortable with these platforms and open to learning from others.
To give you more context, here is a list of some of the day-to-day things you’ll be helping with:
Operations: You’ll help coordinate meetings, do data entry, and ensure all our documentation and filing is efficiently organized. Track portfolio company board meetings.
Human Resources: Organize contracts with employees, manage expenses & reimbursements, track vacations and staff schedules. Help the partners conduct ongoing employee reviews.
Finance: You’ll be responsible for bookkeeping, data entry, expense and bank account reconciliation, interfacing with our bank, and working with vendors to manage contracts and payments.
- Job Details: Work from home
- Part time: 3 days a week, 9:30 am - 4:30 pm, days TBD (may become full time)
Starts ASAP
- Compensation :HK$12,000- HK$15,000 based on experience
- Home office expenses: mobile phone bill
- Other expenses as necessary
Requirements:
- English fluency, Cantonese is a plus
- You have a strong internet connection at home
- You have a laptop or desktop computer
