What’s this about?
Atiom is seeking an Account Management Intern to help us with the day-to-day client communications and client content management. This is a remote part-time or full-time role with the option to work in person with our team in Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo or Shanghai.
In this role, candidates should expect to make a large impact on the company. Being organized and being able to work independently is a requirement. An entrepreneurial spirit and bi-lingual capability are a plus!
This role reports directly to the Chief Client Officer.
Some of your responsibilities are:
● Day-to-day client communications
● Creating client training materials on the Atiom admin portal
● Resolving problems and managing client expectations
● Identifying opportunities and increasing customer engagement on the Atiom app
● Conducting competitor research with SWOT analysis
● From time to time, you may be asked to help with marketing initiatives
We are looking for:
● Native English, Cantonese, or Mandarin speaker (bilingual is a plus)
● Solid knowledge of MS Office, PPT/ Keynote experience is a must
● Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow
