Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare proposal for managers before to be sent off to clients
- Prepare contract for clients
- Responsible for New Client Onboarding documents
- Keep track of and input payment details in Spreadsheet
- Submit payment requests to Accounting department for processing
- Follow up with Accounts until all payments cleared
- Monitor payment schedules and flag when payment due date which is coming up
Job Requirements
- 2 years experience in handling administration matters
- Experience in handling invoices, payment or contract proposal issues will be a plus
- High diploma or Degree in Business Administration or relevant
- Good communication skills in English and Cantonese
