Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of administrative support including but not limited to:
- conference room booking, price research and quotations, stationery/premium order and general office maintenance
- Perform general reception duties including handling phone calls, handling
incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, faxes, greeting/serving clients
- Provide clerical support to the Human Resources department, including data entry, filing, record-keeping, and company events
- Supervise office assistants and assist in coordinating their daily schedule
- Arrange flight bookings and hotel accommodations for frequent travelers
- Manage ad-hoc assignments timely and independently
Requirements:
- Form 7 or above with at least 2 years experience in receptionist or general administration functions
- Experience in the Admin field is an advantage
- Excellent telephone manner is a must
- Proficient in PC skills (e.g. MS Office, Internet)
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
- Responsible, detail-minded, well-organized, able to work independently and
- respond quickly to changing demands and priorities
- Comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment
- Cheerful personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Immediate availability is preferred
