As companies stay private longer and value creation disproportionately shifts to private markets, retail portfolios are left behind. Who we are
Launched in 2019, AngelHub is Hong Kong's first and only SFC regulated tech investment platform enabling professional investors to co-invest on a deal by deal basis alongside institutional investors with a minimum ticket size of US$ 10,000. AngelHub offers highly vetted tech investment opportunities from early stage Series A up to tech unicorns, companies valued over US$ 1B. AngelHub combines a highly selective due diligence process, diverse network of partners, and the WHub start-up ecosystem to empower tech entrepreneurs for success. To date, we have screened over 2,000 tech companies from different regions scaling and raising growth capital in Asia, made 16 investments, deployed over US$ 13M in capital, with 2 exits (on average x12 return) in less than 18 months, and hold 2 unicorns in the portfolio. We have raised and fully deployed our first fund that co-invests alongside the platform, and are now raising second fund.

The Role
You will serve in a central role for the Investment opportunities analysis and help the startup team create an exceptional experience for founders at the same time.
This is a generalist role that requires research and analysis, project management, and execution. You must be organized, take pride in your communication, structure your own opinion and pursue high standards of quality.
Investment Opportunities
- Shepherd investment opportunities through the pipeline week to week
- Perform Market research, Inquire on the competition landscape and screen the investment opportunity
- Maintain CRM and communications with the startups that applied
- Build your opinion on the investment opportunities and share it during our internal assessment meetings
- Prepare reports and memos and present them to the extended team of AngelHub
Platform Operations
- Manage startups profiles throughout the selection process
- Manage startups documents and maintain their online folder up to date
- Propose platform improvement based on your own experience
- Liaise with the tech team in Tech developments related to our process

Requirements
- 2+ years of work experience in tech companies or VC, or Investment banking
- passion about startups and the human adventure of entrepreneurship
- ambition to develop a business: find startups candidates, build trust and efficiency in your relationship with them
- rigour : ability to stick to a thorough process in which each step is important
- autonomy : you are able to manage your schedule and work in order to reach the objectives you have
- writing ability : you can craft precise and motivating message to your stakeholders
- Good communication skills, especially in writing and presentations
- Strong interest in technology, entrepreneurship, and venture capital
- Excellent command of English in speaking and writing

Salary range / month : Negotiable
