Description
The services range from infrastructure to data management and project development.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for in house user
- Provide high-level support service to higher management (Director, VP grade).
- Resolve technical problems and carry out hardware equipment repair/replacement
- Maintain and revise computer standards, related setup procedures, and installation manuals
- Perform computer equipment relocation tasks
- Provide internal support to ad hoc activities as specified by superior
- Provide Mac support is preferred
Requirements:
- F.7 / Diploma or above
- At least 2 years IT deskside support experience
- Knowledge in networking and windows server is definitely an advantage
- Experience in Windows Server 2003 /2008/ 2012 support will be an advantage
- Knowledge of LAN / WAN and TCP / IP maintenance
- Possess of MCP, MCSE or CCNA is an advantage
- TSS experience is a bonus
- Active, self-discipline, mature, willing to learn and good interpersonal person
- Can work independently and under pressure
- Good command in Chinese, English, and Mandarin
- Willing to perform on-shift (7 x 24) schedule is highly preferred
- More experienced applicants will be Senior Customer Engineer
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Immediately available is preferred
Salary
Salary range / month :  < HK$ 20k
