Community & Business Development Manager for AlphaConcepts (FULL-TIME ONLY)

The role focuses on managing the community of influencers, participating in conversations with our valued clients, help in customer outreach initiatives, and provide high quality assistance to the company’s executives. The company is based in Hong Kong. We are looking for home-based talents in the Philippines.
Responsibilities:
- Managing influencers: executing all influencer related initiatives such as influencer search, engagement, briefing, follow ups, arranging logistics and support
- Client outreach: engaging with brand clients for any queries and requests, reaching out to potential clients via direct marketing or other channels
- Marketing campaign creation: recommending and assisting in execution of marketing campaigns involving influencers and AlphaConcepts’ clients (requires creativity in brainstorming of possible marketing campaigns)
- Supporting senior management in all assigned tasks in a timely and professional manner. Responding promptly to queries from managers, influencers, and clients
- Create regular reports and update internal databases
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a community lead/executive assistant
- Solid organizational skills with an ability to think proactively
- Strong communication skills (via phone, email, and in-person)
- Fluent in English, Chinese is a plus
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft and Google applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Google Drive, Google Sheet, etc.)
Salary:
- PHP18,000-22,000 (depending on experience)
- Monthly commission will also be given based on performance in Client Outreach
