Given that context, we are now building up our Hong-Kong team of talented, young & hungry individuals to accelerate and become a key player in Asia!
Your missions:
We are looking for our first Business Developer to skyrocket Agorize’s business in Asia! Working hand in hand with the CEO, your mission will be to grow and nurture our clients by being the face and outreach of Agorize in Asia:
75% Business Development: Prospecting, phoning, lead generation, engage new clients, signing up new contracts, managing relationship with key partners. Agorize Asia’s growth will rest on your shoulders :-)
15% Project Management: Once the contract is signed, you will be piloting the project with a cross-functional team (product, operations, community, finance) to make it real
10% Marketing: Development of new sales support materials, finding new market opportunities, organizing creative workshops
Last but not least, you will be launching the business from scratch in Asia, there will be a lot of unscheduled stuff to do! Expect a very hands-on job!
The ideal candidate:
You are bilingual in English or a native English speaker. To speak Cantonese or Mandarin will be a huge asset!
You have outstanding commercial skills with a 1 to 5 year track record in B2B Complex Sales. You are results-oriented and willing to quickly expand Agorize’s business reach:
- Experience selling to multiple personas (VP and C-levels) Having a strong network in HK/Singapore will be a plus
- Experience closing deal sizes of US$30-100K
- Experience with full life cycle sales including lead generation, lead qualification, outreach, through to deal closing
You have an entrepreneurial mind-set: you are a proactive multi-tasker, ambitious, and with the capability to “think out of the box”. You are enthusiastic, passionate and eager to learn! You do not take NO as an answer and you are not afraid to run the extra mile.
You have a deep passion for innovation, and you would like to be part of our project to become THE go-between in Asia by convincing leading companies to organize their own innovation challenges with us.
