Take the full ownership on our Marketing strategy: help us become the top of the mind brand in Asia for hackathons & challenges, build a powerful sales pipeline in collaboration with our sales, and drive new business revenue growth.
You will have a full operational and strategic lead on Inbound Marketing, Branding, Lead Generation & Customer Engagement at Agorize Asia. (Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo). Expect a very hands-on job in a fast-paced company! π
KEY MISSIONS
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for establishing a scalable inbound lead generation strategy and for shaping our brand image across Asia:

25% Strategy & Budgeting: Design our strategy from A to Z in Asia and define the key milestones hand in hand with the management and the global marketing team

25% Inbound & Lead Generation: Execute a multi-channel demand generation strategy and drive key business metrics (MQLs, SQLs, Opportunities)

20% Marketing/Sales integration: Build a strong trusted relationship with the Sales team and leadership by structuring the sales funnel and helping them engage prospects higher in the funnel (emails, content, events, ect.)

20% Branding & PR : Help Agorize become the top of the mind brand in Asia when it comes to hackathons & open innovation (blog, social networks, white paper, PR, etc)

10% Recruitment: Growing the Demand Generation and Marketing Ops team through hiring, coaching, and training
Last but not least, you will be the first Marketing team member in Asia, there will be a lot of unscheduled stuff to do! β
YOU MIGHT ENJOY IT IF YOU HAVE/ARE

8+ years of experience in a B2B demand generation role, ideally in an international & fast-growing tech company, with some Asian exposure

Strong track record of driving leads and funnel conversion programs

Strategic thinker with meticulous attention to detail

Deep understanding of various marketing channels including paid search, SEO, content, ABM, social, events

Growth mindset with results-driven approach(testing, measuring, iterating)

Results-driven, highly-collaborative individual who is comfortable with both the analytical and creative aspects

Fluent English. Speaking mandarin would be a plus!

Expertise in Google Adwords. Knowing Hubspot would be a plus!
