Garage Academy is pleased to host the inaugural SME Academy series from Zegal
SME Academy #5: Employee Share Option Plans (ESOP)
ESOPs are commonly used by businesses big and small to incentivise loyal performers. By granting share options, those who perform well are rewarded with a share in the growth of the company, which could be much more valuable than a cash reward. Employers can make use of the vesting mechanism to ensure that talents stay for an appropriately long-term and follow through.
