We live in exciting times for Southern China. The "one-hour living circle" encompassing the Greater Bay Area (GBA) has now been realized with the launch of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Express Rail Link.
This increased connectivity, together with world-class logistics and transportion network, will facilitate greater integration across the GBA. The region’s concentration of talent, capital and innovation will continue to serve as fuel for China’s economic powerhouse and spur immense opportunities for foreign businesses.

Maggie Lee, Audit Partner | Head of Capital Markets Development, Hong Kong
Maggie Lee has over 20 years of experience with KPMG. She was located in KPMG Shenzhen office from 2004 until 2011.
Maggie has extensive experience in providing audit, advisory and capital market services to Hong Kong and mainland Chinese companies.
She has a broad client base of understanding across a variety of sectors such as consumer and industrial market industries, property and infrastructure, education, healthcare, high-growth innovative sectors.
Her clients have included a mix of state-owned enterprises, privately–owned enterprises and multinational companies.

Todd is Senior Development Director at The Executive Centre, where he has worked for six years. Tasked to grow the TEC network, Todd leads a team focused on robust financial returns and sustained growth to meet client demand.
As the flexible industry’s evolution accelerates, Todd is focused on ensuring TEC’s new projects continue to innovate when it comes to workspace products, delivering world class service.
From 2015 to 2018, Todd’s team has grown TEC’s presence in the Greater Bay Area by 53% including across Hong Kong, Shenzhen, and Guangzhou. Currently, over 20% of TEC’s capacity is in the GBA, which is primed to develop even further with growing corporate demand and economic growth.
Todd has a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. and has lived in Hong Kong for 12 years.
