Come join us for breathwork & drinks on Wednesday, 1st Febuary at 6:30pm at WLAB. Share new ideas, stories, and collaborations for a successful 2023.
We will start with a 30-min breathwork session at 6.30pm, followed by drinks and networking from 7pm onwards. The session is suitable for everyone, just wear comfortable clothes.
About the facilitator:
Aigul is a certified breathwork instructor with over 1,200 hours of formal training accredited by Global Professional Breathwork Alliance (GBPA) in a range of different breathing methods - from stress management and performance breathwork to rebirthing, vivation and pranayama. She is also a Breathe™ Certified Coach trained under Dr. Belisa Vranich. She also got trained as a sound therapist L1 (Tibetan singing bowls).
