Sometimes it can be intimidating to be in a wine store or a business dinner and must choose the best bottle for that special work event. Having thousands of wine stores, wine lists at restaurants in Hong Kong, selecting a wine can be a challenging experience! Especially when we are looking to give-a-best impression to our pairs and business clients.
On the 12th of June, Thierry Desseauve will teach us how to choose your wines carefully. A few simple steps that you can easily and effectively remember the next time you would like to buy wine and impress your colleagues and business clients!
Discussion will be followed or a practical wine tasting or 3 different styles of wine of New and Old World.

In 2005, after 15 years directing France’s top wine magazine, Michel Bettane and Thierry Desseauve created the bettane+desseauve media group that publishes, amongst others, the bettane +desseauve Great Guide of French Wines and the bettane+desseauve internet site and blog. Their guide is considered one of the most complete and influential on the market. They also collaborate with numerous French and International publications on a regular basis.
As a logical extension to their journalistic and publishing activities, bettane+desseauve have been organising Wine Experiences around the world since 2006: a 2-day gathering of the greater names of wines from France and around the world, presenting their wines to trade and consumers.
