Enjoy an hour of kindness and relaxation with Lucie as she leads you on a journey to a stronger, more flexible body. Hatha Yoga is a natural series of postures that bring strength, health and lightness to all parts of your being.
The Hatha yoga class takes place for one hour and consists of three main stages.
1. We will start the session with a series of seated postures that combine stretching and muscle building.
2. Followed by a sequence of standing postures to strengthen the body tone, its balance and flexibility. We will maintain the postures for several times to the rhythm of our own breathing.These postures exercise each muscle and each nerve of our body to give a pleasant, flexible and strong body.
3. We will finish the class with a time called Pranayama which consists of the mastery of one's breathing in order to strengthen the respiratory system and soothe the nervous system.
