Pitching events have long been male-dominated while women investors are usually
underrepresented. Few women founders got funding in the industry from male venture capitalists as they
tend to see women primarily as wives or caretakers.

BLOOM’s first-ever Pitch Contest will be different from the usual crowd:
An expert panel of all-female judges will be brought in this contest.
We welcome startups of all-size, all-gender to present their ideas in front of the panel, get advice and feedback
on their products.

The space will be full of enthusiasts, venture capitalists, and industry professionals
from all walks of industries!
