Responsibilities
- Handling SEO, SEM, email marketing and social media marketing
- Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website to increase conversion rates of the funnel
- Creating weekly reports by tracking conversion rates on Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and Google AdWords
- Ensuring all the metrics are set up properly on Google Analytics
- Developing digital marketing campaigns
- Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.
- Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website and eCommerce funnel
- Responsibility for suggesting and monitoring budgetary control of all digital marketing
- Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
Requirements
- Critical requirement: Willingness to find solutions and solve problems on your own even without a supervisor’s help
- Experience in managing PPC, SEO and Affiliate programmes.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
- Experience in eCommerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media
- Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role preferred
- Ability to figure things out on your own, acquire new skills quickly and not give up when facing difficulties
- Fluency in English and Cantonese or Mandarin
- Knowledge of PhotoShop would be a big bonus
- Familiar with different functions of email and social media marketing, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM field, and other digital related marketing areas
