Ingenious Living is a new brand within TVBM specializing in DME (Durable Medical Equipment). As we are now growing, we are looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager.
Based in Hong Kong, the successful candidate will directly work with the General Manager on the Business Development Strategy of the Company.

Your responsibilities & duties:
- Establish and develop strategies to achieve company goals and maximize sales target
- Conduct research and analysis, monitor market and industry news
- Able to build and establish good customer relationships
- Responsible for developing new customers
- Maintain good relationship with customers and provide excellent service to customers
- Liaise with internal and external parties to prepare presentations, roadshow materials
- Actively participate in the Marketing Strategy
- Based in Kwai Fong with regular travels to China (Shanghai & Guangdong provinces)
Regarding our services (TVBM Sourcing)
- Develop the sourcing activity with medical devices manufacturers
- Work closely with customers and factories
- Take and follow up orders
- Identify and attend key exhibitions on behalf of TVBM
Regarding our products (Ingenious Living DME)
- Initiate new partnership with distributors and resellers in Western Europe & Australia
- Build & maintain a distributors and resellers database for the above-mentioned regions
Your technical & soft skills for the role:
- Degree or higher diploma holders
- Previous experience in Business Development (junior positions for fresh graduates)
- Strong entrepreneurship spirit
- Excellent sales and strong negotiations skills
- Rigorous, responsible and organized with sense of deadlines
- Able to work well under pressure, problem solver and decision maker
- Cheerful, punctual, dynamic, energetic, nice presentation
- Excellent communication skills
- Microsoft Office – Excel and PowerPoint mandatory
- Fluent in English, French or German, Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus
Work & Salary Package:
- Full time position – 5 working days per week;
