The Digital marketing & Promotion intern is working in one of key contributing areas that encourage and enable the travel industry players in Hong Kong and South East Asia to undertake digital transformation. Our team is comprised of industry experts with strong industry connection, digital transformation, travel operation, product and technology background. We are looking for someone who can help us to bring a focus and discipline with data-driven learning and improvement and also help our alliance partners in this region. We have a flexible schedule and working arrangements and open communication is a core value we treasure.
The Digital marketing & Promotion intern works closely with Growth Hacker and collaborates across Business Development, Product, Technology and Operation to develop and implement strategy, measure and learn from feedback and further improve to build up a centre of excellence for growth which our company and our alliance partners can rely upon.
Responsibilities
- Assist on creating marketing campaigns and online promotions
- Bringing creative ideas to enable growth KPIs
- A/B testing those ideas
- Analyzing the data and users’ feedback
- Assist to optimize and manage SEO, SEM
- Exchanging ideas/data/feedback with other domains (Business Development, Product, Technology and Operation) in order to present results and make our service offering more user-centric
- Driving traffic to our website, landing pages, social media
- Working on a lean startup process
- Working with the AARRR Sales Metrics Diagram (Acquisition – Activation – Retention – Referral - Revenue)
- Scaling and Automating the growth processes
Experience/Skills
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Advertising preferred
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication in both Chinese and English (Editing and copywriting experience preferred)
- Being data-driven and kind of a data-geek: clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics
- Being social and understanding users’ behavior. Having great customer relations and people skills
- Willing to learn
- A/B Testing and Data Analytics experience preferred
- Prefer experience with growth hacking tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshp or Illustrator for image creative, Optimizely for A/B Testing, MailChimp or APSIS for email marketing campaigns, HubSpot for CRM, sales & marketing purpose, Hootsuite for social media management, Hotjar for UX improvement, Zapier to automate workflows
