Description

 What you will be working on

  • Lead marketing campaigns and growth hacking strategy for lead generation and user growth
  • Oversee and manage all customer acquisition of online channels
  • Manage our online acquisition channels including SEM, Facebook, Instagram, Display Networks
  • Encourage interactions with existing customers, KOLs and general public via social media platforms
  • Monitor, analyze and fine-tune campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce CAC
  • Work with management to create regional KPIs to measure program performance across cities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and passion to help nurture customer relationships and work with cross-functional teams
  • Perform A/B testing for various channels and analyze campaign results
  • Generate new growth ideas for better performance and impact the business
  • Collaborate closely with the regional teams across various marketing functional areas
  • Support B2B2C Marketing team to drive joint markating campaign
  • Conduct user research to further enhance marketing features for our product
  • Manage marketing budget and ensure clear ROI
  • Liaise with the content team to ensure the social media channels has met the target
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information

What we are looking for

Must Have

  • 5+ years of experience in Growth/E-commerce/Digital Marketing
  • Experience with campaign measurement, reporting, and A/B testing
  • Experience with marketing analysis and automation tools (i.e Google Analytics, Hubspot, Mix Panel, Kissmetrics)
  • Understanding of marketing funnel metrics and lead lifecycle processes
  • Demonstrated success and passion for collecting and using customer insights to drive strategic decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly adaptive in fast moving and changing environment
  • Fully responsible for results with strong ROI driven mindset
  • Self-learner, ready to fail and grow together with the team
  • Passion about technology, digital media, people and startup
  • Conversant in multiple marketing and sales channels; knowledge of SEM, email, sales development, and product user experience

 Bonus

  • Experienced in targeting different Asian market
  • Experience in OTAs, hotels, airlines, metasearch and other international travel companies
  • Familiar with Facebook Chatbot
  • Experience in growth hacking

You will be working with   Abel Zhao, CEO .

Salary

Equity part is negotiable.

Salary range / month :  HK$ 20k-40k
