Key Tasks
Work closely with Business Development Director and complete any ad hoc tasks assigned including but not limited to tasks below:
Account Management
- Prospect commercial spaces through online resources and out-of-office scouting
- Liaise and coordinate with landlords to encourage space listing on our platform
- Validate potential listings by on-site inspection and photo shooting
- Develop and manage long-term customer relationship by providing excellent customer services
- Prepare information and edit photos of new spaces on CRM system
- Conduct market research and analyze the market trend to identify potential leads
Project Assistant
- Assist in ad-hoc project to facilitate corporate communication, branding, area development
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an Associate Degree, Diploma, Bachelor or Master’s degree program of any local tertiary institutions
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) – extremely clear, tactful and timely
- High-energy self-starter with a relentless, entrepreneurial work ethic
- Competitive, numerate and commercially minded individual with a head for targets
- Experience in sales, real estate or contract negotiation is a bonus
- Knowledge of Singopare geographically and socially
- Fluent in English
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- A genuine interest in retail and commercial property
- Eligible to work in Singapore, work visa will not provide
