Responsibilities:
• Handling phone calls with good manner
• Greeting and serving guests and walk in customers
• Provide clerical and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations and activities.
• Work closely with operation team for ad hoc tasks, including data entry
• Responsibilities for purchasing and managing the office stationary and daily supplies.
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of Customer Service experience or formal secretarial training is an advantage.
• Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Good knowledge in Microsoft office application bases skills
• Good communications and customer service skills
• Available for at least 9-18hours per week
• Welcome University/Associate degrees students.
• Immediate available is preferred
