Job Description:
- Develop business leads through a variety of channels including web research, LinkedIn prospecting, tradeshows and networking events
- Coordinate meetings between the ORCA Asia sales team and prospective clients and develop proposals
- Conduct research and provide insight and support for company sales process design including sales pitches, email campaigns, presentations, etc.
- Assist in implementing and tracking sales campaigns for targeted industries and reporting
- Maintain and update customer interactions using assigned CRM (PipeDrive)
- Salary/commission-based compensation structure
Qualifications:
- A university or college degree/diploma or equivalent experience
- Fluent in both Cantonese and English. Proficient in speaking, reading and writing. Fluency in Mandarin an advantage
- Ideally 1-2 years’ experience in inside sales or customer service
- Well-versed with Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
