Role & Responsibilities:

  • Perform full cycle recruitment: job posting, talent sourcing, screening, interview & selection, offer delivery, background check, and on-boarding arrangements.
  • Source suitable candidates and expand candidate pool by advertising through various local and overseas channels, online and offline.
  • Act as the contact point to reach out to local and overseas universities for potential candidates.  
  • Represent company at job fairs (industry and universities)
  • Manage relationships with hiring managers, talent search firms, agencies, and temporary firms
  • Preform other HR tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 2 years of working experiences as recruiters.
  • Recruitment agency experiences preferred.
  • Experiences recruiting for hi-tech, startup company preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English & Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative and outgoing personality
  • Team player, someone is willing to learn and be committed to the task assigned
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for generating reports
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and team oriented environment

This is a 3-6 months’ contract position with opportunity to lead to full time employment.
