Meo is a Hong Kong based, health focused company providing Businesses and Governments with innovative technology solutions to common environmental concerns. Meo has recently launched blue- the Air Quality Platform, specifically designed for Businesses and Governments to not only understand their exposure to indoor and outdoor air pollution, but also to take control over it. Following the launch of our platform and commencement of sales in September 2017 our current focus is to enlarge our client base.
We are opening a Sales Representative position for Hong Kong.
We are looking for a results-driven person who can seek customers for a newly launched product and can proactively bring customers on-board, understanding the importance of indoor air quality control in Hong Kong businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Create a comprehensive list of potential customers across the private and public sector in HK.
- Design, in close coordination with the CEO, a sales strategy to be implemented with the help of a CRM tool. This includes the following initial tasks:
- Design a cold call e-mail template that should clearly speak to the needs of the target market ending with a call to action.
- Design a follow-up e-mail template and a follow-up structure.
- Review the e-mail deck.
- Review the meeting deck and supporting material to bring to the meetings
- Come up with sales tactics or promotions such as the 3month trial currently in place
- Get to know the product and its platform to be able to give live demostrations
- Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and schedule demo meetings, both in person and through various online platforms
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with CEO
- Analyze the market potential, track sales and provide monthly status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Requirements:
- Language:excellent proficiency in written and spoken English. Mandarin is a plus.
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated and target driven. Proven track record in sales would be a good plus.
- Enthusiastic, motivated, creative, resourceful.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with CRM practices
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- BA degree or equivalent
