Heartisans is looking for a digital marketing manager to lead all marketing efforts of the company.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead PPC
- Manage all paid acqusition channels (e.g. Facebook, Google display network and search network), providing analysis after the conclusion of each campaign
- Assist in managing SEM account, monitoring performance, and making recommendations for improvement as needed
- Social Media platforms
- Moderate all Social Media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter
- Work with graphic deisgn to conceptualise and create graphics, as well as write copy for use across marketing campagins
- Manage Heartisans community of subscribers
- Design and implement drip email campaigns
- Create useful and relevant content to engage with our subscribers
- Lead web optimisation
- Analyze web data (e.g. GA, Heatmaps) to identify areas to improve conversion rate
- Conduct A/B test to validate website optimisation ideas
- Conduct user research
- Work with UX designers to moderate usability tests
- Manage the operations (e.g. hiring and scheduling) of running usability tests
- Manage tradeshow and events
- Develop marketing collateral for events and promotions, such as brochures and direct mailers
- Partipcate in tradeshow and events to promote Heartisans brand and product
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
- 3-5 years digital marketing experience with Facebook, Adwords, SEO
- Proven track record of growing a customer base and working in a fast paced environment
- Experienced in written content production
- Creative and analytical
- Preferably able to communicate persuasively and eloquently in Cantonese (written and spoken)
- Preferably basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Team player, good communication and interpersonal skills
