Bitspark is a cryptocurrency remittance platform for individuals and money transfer startup. We provide an easy to use cloud service to send and receive money around the world utilising cryptocurrency like Bitcoin for transfers and without banks, enabling our customers to access better rates, faster payments and better financial access anywhere in the world.

We  began in 2014 with a distributed team operating in several timezones with backing from local and international investors. We have raised significant funding privately and through a public tokensale. We are now looking to grow our Hong Kong team with a particular focus on welcoming a Sales genius to join us and help expand our services to more businesses and individuals in APAC.



We’re a globally thinking company with a foundation in Hong Kong. Your job will be to find new ways of onboarding new users as a priority in Hong Kong and secondly around the world. This means business customers in Hong Kong and also individuals who send money internationally via our mobile app. We are particularly looking for someone to go out there and help build a community of brand ambassadors in Hong Kong using our app Sendy, onboading Money Transfer Agents & formulating ways to grow our community.

Our customers are predominantly small money transfer businesses, online money transfer companies, bitcoin users and importantly foreign workers that send money home. You will be expected to generate leads convert them for these customers which ultimately leads to more transactions for the company.  

Most of all we’re looking for someone with hustle. Someone who is quick to learn and isn’t afraid to try new ideas and wants to be part of an exciting cutting edge company. Prior cryptocurrency knowledge is not necessary.

Base salary and generous commission available with % of ongoing transaction fees of your new customers


  • Find and convert new sales leads of money transfer businesses in Hong Kong.
  • Maintaining existing customers.
  • Convert new individual users to our mobile app in Hong Kong and grow a community of brand advocates that can assist in furthering sales development.
  • Keeping customers happy and engaged.  
  • Help to develop the Sales and Marketing playbook. We’re a startup that’s experimenting with various marketing tactics. You’ll be instrumental in generating ideas, testing, documenting, and optimizing the marketing activities so that we establish a framework as we scale.
  • Monitor and optimize performance. You will be in charge of setting, tracking and improving customer acquisition in consultation with the management team.

  • You are not afraid to get your hands dirty and get out there and make sales.
  • You’re a self-starter with hustle. You can work independently or as part of a team and you can formulate your own strategies to better improve growth.
  • You’re creative and can think of new ways of doing things. You’re probably good with words as well.
  • You are organized and like having clear metrics to measure the success of sales leads and adjust things when they're not working out as intended.
  • Willing to learn new systems and software.


Experience isn’t everything but it helps - hustle, being quick to learn and working hard is most important. No-one will have all of these, but here are some qualities or experiences we value:

  • Getting out there and talking to sales leads directly in person or pickup the phone.
  • Previous affiliation / experience with migrant worker communities and their needs for money transfers.
  • Online/growth marketing, analytics, metrics tracking.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Additional languages always help but not compulsory. Beneficial to have understanding of any of the following: Mandarin / Cantonese / Bahasa Indonesian / Tagalog / Vietnamese / Hindi / Urdu
